For Taiwan main island deliveries, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment.
Room temperature & refrigerated products: Free shipping for a single address on orders over NT$2000. Orders under NT$2000 will be charged NT$200 for shipping.
Frozen products: Free shipping for a single address on orders over NT$2000. Orders under NT$2000 will be charged NT$200 for shipping.
Delivery will be arranged based on the preferred delivery date and time slot selected at checkout. However, due to unforeseen traffic or logistics issues, deliveries may arrive earlier or later than expected. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and such delays are not valid reasons for return or compensation.
During peak periods (such as Mid-Autumn Festival and Lunar New Year), we are unable to guarantee delivery date/time, and delivery may be delayed by 3–5 days. We recommend choosing an earlier delivery date during these times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
