Many of them, averaging over 50 years of age, had been with us since the beginning. They had witnessed the golden era of Taiwan’s garment industry, supported their families, and raised children through two decades of dedication. For them, the factory was not just a workplace, but a second home.No one ever imagined the day would come when we’d have to say goodbye.

As the industry shifted and many factories moved overseas, we held on for as long as we could. We believed that the hardworking people of Taiwan deserved better, and we didn’t want to give up on them. But eventually, the tide of the times left us no choice—we had to transform.

On the last day, tears welled up in everyone’s eyes. So many things were left unsaid, caught in throats heavy with emotion. The air was thick with sorrow and reluctant farewells.

Amidst the heartbreak, came a message of hope:

"You must make this work—so we can come home again."

Those words became our source of courage, and we set off on a brand new path.
