Order Information

◎ Order Information

Once your order is placed, shipment will be scheduled according to the preferred delivery date and time slot selected at checkout. However, in cases of unforeseen traffic conditions affecting the delivery company, deliveries may arrive earlier or later than expected. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and such delays are not considered valid reasons for returns or compensation.

During peak logistics periods (e.g., Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year), delivery dates and time slots cannot be guaranteed, and next-day delivery may not be possible. Delays of 3 to 5 days may occur, so we recommend selecting an earlier delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons that result in the suspension of work or classes, deliveries will be halted and resumed on the next business day. If you require your order to be delivered earlier, please call us in advance to reschedule.


  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make any changes or cancel the order, please contact our customer service at least 3 days before the delivery date at 0800-352-168, and our staff will assist you.
  • To protect the rights of both parties, we reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it has been received. 
  •  If the purchaser provides incomplete or incorrect recipient information, resulting in failed delivery or other issues, we cannot accept return or refund requests. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid any inconvenience.
  • If delivery cannot be made on time due to force majeure, we will notify you of the delay via phone, email, or SMS and reschedule delivery for a later date. We appreciate your understanding.

    • Outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island): Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment.

    • For ambient or refrigerated items: Free shipping to one address for orders over NT$2000. For orders under NT$2000, a NT$200 shipping fee applies.

    • For frozen items: Free shipping to one address for orders over NT$2000. For orders under NT$2000, a NT$200 shipping fee applies.

    Outlying Islands 
    ★ Please contact customer service to confirm the number of shipping boxes before placing an order.
    Delivery is limited to Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, and Green Island.

    • For ambient or refrigerated items: Free shipping for one box on orders over NT$4000. A NT$400 shipping fee applies for orders under NT$4000.

    • For frozen items: Free shipping for one box on orders over NT$4000. A NT$400 shipping fee applies for orders under NT$4000.




◎ Payment Methods

Credit Card:

Complete payment by entering your card number, expiration date, and security code. All transactions are processed through secure third-party banking systems. We accept VISA / MasterCard / JCB.


Cash on Delivery (COD):

Pay in cash upon delivery directly to the courier. A NT$30 handling fee will be charged for COD service.


ATM Virtual Account Transfer:

After a successful order, a unique virtual account will be generated for each order. You can transfer the payment via a physical ATM or through online banking.
