Food Products & Right to Cancel
Due to the perishable nature of food items and in accordance with Article 2 of the "Guidelines on Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation in Distance Sales" issued by competent authorities:
Products that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are likely to expire upon termination of the contract.
Customized products made at the request of the consumer.
These products fall under the reasonable exceptions outlined in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
As such, all products purchased from Right Up Bakery (振頤軒食品) are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Once purchased, returns or exchanges for personal reasons will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
If you receive an incorrect, defective, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery confirmation date). Provide the following details:
Name
Order number
Contact number
Product name
Our team will get in touch with you promptly to arrange the return or exchange.
Please note: Our products contain no preservatives and have shorter shelf lives. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.To process a return, please return the product in its original packaging, including the invoice. Returns without the invoice will not be accepted. All our products are quality-controlled. Please consume them before the expiration date. To ensure hygiene and safety, products that have been opened will not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
Under the same guidelines, the following product types are exempt from the 7-day unconditional return policy:
Perishable or short shelf-life goods
Customized items made specifically at the customer's request

Products returned for exchange or refund must be unused, and free of any non-manufacturing defects, stains, or damage. The original packaging (including the outer box) must be complete. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
Products that have been opened or consumed
Incomplete returns (damaged packaging, missing invoice or accessories)

Our designated courier will handle the return pickup
Refund Information
Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed directly to the original credit card used.
Cash on Delivery Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
